| - Our Philosophy - |
Deep in our subconscious minds, caged in our daily lives, frozen in time by the
repetitive order of life, which has become mandated by society the norm of all
norm. Our lives have become merely a blur to us. But beneath all the rubbish
pollutants of our minds, an incurring lays the need to express our inner
individualism, our core, and our inner child. Our bikes, a tool necessity in our
journeys scrounging for the much bit that is freedom, the freedom to feel free
from any attachments that dilutes us, just enough to appreciate nature at its
natural state, parted by the narrow roads and the winds we carve thru, giving us
a grandeur picture. This bit of awakening is what keeps us individually sane, a
mere reminder to ourselves the existence that we are constantly drawn away
from. This is what we as the Road Pirates share as a brotherhood. A
brotherhood with common interests, simply taking time for ourselves by freezing
the moment that is seized by the day riding, with everything left with the
shadows, our stress, materialism, egos and our differences solely to rejuvenate
our inner soul.
We as a group wear our flags as a symbolism of unity, friendship and our trust
within. We are not governed nor a governing factor to anyone such as our
members and those who participate with us. We are simply ruled by our
enthusiasm, motivation and the need for a thrill, whatever that means for anyone
or simply just to hang out. We promote as well the road safety and courtesy for
those we share the roads. We do not have any written clauses that may pertain
to our bylaws, but just a mutual verbal understanding due to the variety of the
individuals’ personality and characteristics that want to join. Our requirements
are simple, laid out from a fundamental questions to ask yourself whether you
love to ride and is your motivation and enthusiasm enough to fuel your stamina
for the many different types of riding.
Our goals are to ride as much and ride as many depending on our availabilities
and also contribute to the progress of our very own communities thru fund
raising and charitable events which promotes a sense of well being. Strength in
Numbers is part of our motto that resembles our unity and bond, together we are
the Road Pirates.
